I make music. I write. I teach. I talk. I occasionally remember to eat and sleep.

At the core of everything I do is this: I aim to spark wonder in people and I help them create more meaningful stuff faster so they can get it in front of the right people.

When I'm not clocking in as a Content Designer at Meta, I'm making music, creating content, coaching artists or speaking to masses of squinting eyeballs. I live for the lightbulb moments.

Music isn’t just sound — it’s a vehicle for empathy. It bridges gaps, sparks conversations, and gives shape to things we don’t always have words for.

Through my work, I try to amplify honest voices, elevate creative perspectives, and make space for the kinds of stories that you'd rather hear instead of the ones you're hearing.

I care about creativity as a force for good. I care about building a more inclusive, thoughtful world — one where artists can thrive, audiences feel seen, and ideas actually matter.

If that sounds lofty, good. I think it needs to be.
